Q. I am located in the GTA, can I pick up my animal?

We are located North of Toronto. We currently don't have a store open to the public, however we guarantee our animals for 7 days and we deliver
door to door using a unexpensive, reliable courier company.

If you are located in the GTA, shipping and handling should not be more than $35

Q.Can we meet up some where in the GTA?

Unfortunately we are quite busy and meeting you is not possible. Rest assured I'll send you the best of my monitors and you can trust our guarantee. I'll be also attending the mississauga reptile expo, we are already on the list of attendees.

Q.How do i order from you guys? On your website?

If you want to, we can send you a money request via paypal, we just need your address to estimate shipping. You can pay using a paypal account or a credit card (if you don't have a paypal account). For your security, both transactions are protected under Paypal policies and are 100% secure. Once payment is comfirmed, we'll proceed to prepare your water monitor and ship next day in the morning, we'll send you a tracking number for it.

Q. Do you already have the animals, or you have to order em?

All the animals offered on this site are on our facilities, stablished and doing great. Once your order is comfirmed, we can ship immediately.

Q. Hi, i am going to the missisauga expo in Feb, and id like to buy an animal from you. Is there a guarantee that they will all be at the Mississauga expo?

The response on our website has been amazing, unfortunatelly we cannot guarantee all the animals will be available for the expo. However, if you proceed with your purchase, we can hold it for you and you can pick it up at the expo.
